karkya Terms and Conditions

This terms and conditions document ("Terms") sets out the legal agreement between the karkya platform and its users ("you" or "member"). The karkya.cam website and all services under it are governed by these terms.

These terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the karkya.cam website and all related services.
• "Member" refers to any person registered on karkya.
• "Account" refers to each member's personal gaming account.
• "Deposit" refers to funds added to an account.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits issued by karkya.

1.2 Acceptance

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the karkya platform. Minors (under 21) are not permitted to register or game on this platform under any circumstances.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may open only one account on karkya. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are created using the same device, IP address or payment method, they will be identified and closed.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 Password Protection

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other site.
• Change your password regularly and do not share it with anyone.
• If you forget your password, use the platform's recovery process.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Use

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted on your account. If you suspect that someone is using your account without authorisation, notify us immediately through our 24/7 live chat support.

karkya will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account, unless it is entirely due to a technical fault on karkya's part.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer) is ৳300 (three hundred taka). There is no maximum deposit limit, however transactions of a high amount may require additional verification.

• Only use payment methods registered in your name.
• Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

Your identity and payment method may be verified before a withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. If fraudulent activity is suspected, the withdrawal request may be cancelled and the account placed under investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳12,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making your total balance ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for all bonuses is 20 times (20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 in bets will be required. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member may use each bonus offer only once.
• Specific game restrictions may apply when using a bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

karkya's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum. You can move up to a higher tier through regular gaming activity.

karkya reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games are conducted in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. Game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and others) may have their own rules, which apply alongside karkya's general rules.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is incorrectly displayed or shows a wrong outcome due to a software error, disconnection or any other technical issue, karkya reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. In such circumstances, any apparent winnings displayed as a result of a technical error will be considered void.

6.3 Game Integrity

karkya uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes in all games. There is no possibility of manipulating game results and equal opportunity is ensured for all players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules will result in account closure, forfeiture of bonuses and, where applicable, legal action:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Fraud or abuse of the bonus system (bonus hunting).
• Playing on a third party's account or using a third party's payment method.
• Using any software, bot, automation tool or other artificial aid.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Operating an account with a false identity or false information.
• Deceiving or threatening other members.
• Attempting to mislead karkya staff or making false complaints against them.
